The core idea behind this day-long conference is human rights, politics, censorship, and the function of art and its legal, social and the institutional aspects in their context. Speakers and audience dialogue on the human right of freedom of expression and its confrontations, challenges and restrictions by conservative or authoritarian regimes in a boom era of intolerance and xenophobia.
